Back to the Zoo

On Aug. 20, Kristie took boys two through four to meet up with some of her friends at Brookfield Zoo. Our membership lapsed this spring since we spend so much time each summer at Six Flags, but Max and Charlie especially have always enjoyed being around the animals. And since this summer wasn't as unbearably hot as last year (and since Kristie is no longer pregnant) it ended up being a nice little trip.

On account of herding three kids of her own and helping to watch a bunch of others, there aren't a ton of photos. But I did like these two from the underwater dolphin viewing area:
